Classic Car Show

Today, Judy and I attended the 15th annual AAA Northwest Ohio Classic Car and Truck Show. The show was held from 11:00 am through 2:00 pm at the AAA main office, 7150 Central Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43615.

The approximately 275 classic vehicles that were there included automobiles like Model Ts, Mustangs, Corvettes, Cobras, Cadillacs, Chevy Belairs, Chevelles, Gremlins, Volkswagens, Barracudas, Prowlers, Hudsons, Austin Healeys, Mercedes Benz, and much more along with quite a few trucks, and even a motorcycle.

In addition to the classic cars and trucks, there was music, 50-50 raffles, food concessions, and lots and lots of people. Proceeds from the 50-50 raffles were designated to go to the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.

All in all, it was a very enjoyable time.

We once entered Michael’s ’72 mustang convertible. We also know people who enter their cars. We used to go to Olde Towne in Kissimee, Florida, with our ’60 Thunderbird. Sold both a few years ago. Did not get what we wanted but had to get rid of. More stories to share with you.
