The Princess Bride

Today, I had lunch with a friend that I had not seen in many years. Thanks to Facebook, David and I have reconnected and I must say I am truly thankful that we did. We had great conversation that traversed a wide variety of subjects from politics to religion to history to family life to — well, even to The Princess Bride.

Dave asked me if I had ever seen the film The Princess Bride to which I responded I had not. He proceeded to inform me that he thought some of my conversational mannerisms reminded him of a character from the movie. Naturally, I had to go onto the internet to look up the movie. I think I found something that my friend David would enjoy.

David, this one’s for you. Oh, okay, everyone else can share in it, as well. Just click on over to watch and listen to a scene from The Princess Bride.
