    While I am grateful to have the facts in this situation, I can’t say that this feeling extends to the tax that the legislation actually does put in place. Investments in real estate, like most other investments, are made with money that has already been taxed as income. Imposing a second level of taxation on anyone, no mater how apparently wealthy, does nothing to make it better.

    The only piece of mind that I feel is based on the fact that I currently own no real estate which might fall under this laws provisions.
