Art Linkletter always said that “kids say the darnedest things.” I was reminded of Art Linkletter when my friend, Joanne, sent me an e-mail entitled Kids Are Quick!

I have reproduced the e-mail from Joanne in its entirety, as follows:

GLENN: Maybe it is wrong, but you asked me how I spell it.

Now, Louie, do you know why his father didn’t punish him?
LOUIS: Because George still had the axe in his hand….
