Easter Ham and Jews

It is Easter today for those who are of the Christian religion in all its various denominations. And, many Christians will be dining today on a traditional Easter ham dinner. To you, I say enjoy!

But, what about those people who are of the Jewish religion? Today is still part of the week-long Pesach, aka the Jewish Passover. Will Jewish people be eating ham today? What?
