Obama and ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act)

President Barack Obama championed the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, or ARRA, enacted by Congress on February 17, 2009.
Ever since then, many people have slammed and hammered this economic stimulus package.

I would suggest you explore Recovery.gov which is the United States “government’s official website that provides easy access to data related to Recovery Act spending and allows for the reporting of potential fraud, waste, and abuse.”
