Is Christianity Under Attack? What of Nativity Scenes?

Some people are of the opinion that Christianity is under attack. Other people are of the opinion that Christianity imposes its belief system upon non-Christians. Some Americans believe it is perfectly acceptable to use government property for the display of nativity scenes while excluding opposing perspectives. Other Americans believe it is inappropriate to use government property for the display of nativity scenes or for any and all religious and/or anti-religious expressions.

For some interesting reading and for your musing, I suggest you first read Christianity Under Attack? and the two linked web pages embedded therein, and then, after reading those, head on over to read Nativity Scenes, and then Nativity Scene Part II.

Having completed your reading homework assignment, I would be very much interested in reading any comments you may have on this subject. Feel free to write your thoughts in the Roland’s Ramblings comment section (see below) for this entry.
