Israel Ranks Second in World’s Most Educated Countries. Where Ranks The U.S.A.?

There is the Top Ten of David Letterman; and, there is the top ten of this or the top ten of that. You know there are all kinds of top ten lists.

Well, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has recently released its report of the ten most educated countries in the world. Israel is the second most educated country in the world, RANKING ONLY BEHIND, NOT THE UNITED STATES, but, CANADA. The U.S.A. comes in fourth, right after (would you believe?) Japan.

Here are The 10 Most Educated Countries in the World according to the OECD:
10. Finland
9. Australia
8. the United Kingdom
7. Norway
6. South Korea
5. New Zealand
4. United States of America
3. Japan
2. Israel
1. Canada

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development was established in 1961 and has its headquarters in Paris, France. “The mission of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is to promote policies that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world.”
You just might wish to go and explore the OECD website.
