Mac Mc Myth

As I took my daily walk, I was going by a McDonald’s Restaurant – you know – the place where they will sell you a Big Mac. Well, at any rate, I got to thinking about why some surnames are spelled with a ‘Mac’ and others with a ‘Mc’ and about their countries of origin.
