Killer Storm In Northwest Ohio

To all my family and friends who may be worried about how I am doing after the big storm that went through Northwest Ohio causing much damage and electrical power outages and making the national news:

All is fine here. Lucky for me, my neighborhood was on the very edge of the storm front and we only got a little of the rain. My heart goes out to all those who are suffering, most especially to the infirmed and the elderly.

Meanwhile, the extreme heat wave with very high humidity continues with the heat advisory remaining in effect. Today the heat index will make it feel like 108 here in my Ohio home. I would much prefer the dry 108 in my Arizona home.

Storm reportedly kills 1 in Springfield Township, Tens of thousands lose power, restoration timeline unknown, by Kelly Mclendon, BLADE Staff Writer.
