Travel with your non-human family member. Vacation with your dog.

This is Boo Hansen.

ABC Store for Teachers Boo at Table 05June2015

My wife Judy and I adopted Boo as a family member back on June 17, 2013.

Boo goes everywhere with us. Sometimes, it takes a bit of planning in order for us to take Boo along with us on vacation. More and more places are pet-friendly nowadays.

Quite awhile back, Judy found a website that has been very helpful for the three of us in our travels. It is called Bring Fido.

Straight from the “About Us” page of that website, it reads, in part, “BringFido.com is a dog travel directory that provides unbiased reviews, detailed pet policy information, and online reservations at more than 25,000 pet friendly hotels through a partnership with Travelocity. Information is also available on thousands of bed & breakfasts, vacation rentals, and campgrounds that welcome pets in 150 countries worldwide.”

You might also find it helpful in travelling and vacationing with your 4-legged family member. Follow the embedded link and head on over to BringFido.com now.

As a courtesy to my readers, I am also placing an embedded link to the Google search results upon entering “Travel with your non-human family member. Vacation with your dog.” which is the name of this Roland’s Ramblings blog entry.

Incidentally, we do everything as a family, including social media. Judy has a Facebook page. I have a Facebook page. AND, Boo has a Facebook page.
