Happy National Senior Citizens Day!

In the United States of America, Senior Citizens Day is held annually on August 21st, It is a day to recogonize the contributions older people to our society. This annual national observance in the United States was initiated back in 1988 through Proclamation 5847 issued by President Ronald Reagan.

“Special Senior Citizen Day activities and poems are wonderful ways of honoring the older generation and promoting a positive outlook towards aging.”
